Only a philosophical life-practice can pass the threshold to the whole

If you, in order to recognize a door among many other doors, draw a cross on it, then the cross functions.

But if you draw a cross on all doors (as in H.C. Andersen´s The Tinderbox) then the cross loses its symbol-function.

Therefore you can´t say anything about the whole, and therefore you can´t have any images of life, which can create harmony.

Only a philosophical life-practice can pass the threshold to the whole.
